Originally from Europe, Mona has a University degree in Economics, twelve years of banking experience abroad and extensive experience working in the retail business. Her education and diverse work experience have helped her well when she decided to get into real estate business in 2003.
She began her real estate career with VIA Capital in Aylmer and has since changed several brokerages such as Immo Outaouais and Re/Max in Hull in order to enrich her experience and skills. Working as an Affiliated Real Estate Agent (residential and commercial) Mona had a chance to deepen her knowledge and professionalism while developing a diverse clientele in the Outaouais region. In 2008 Mona decided to become accredited and leaves Re/Max to open her own Real Estate Brokerage – Ma Maison. In September 2014, Ma Maison changes its name and vision to become LION Real Estate. Filled with joy and confidence, Mona is extremely proud to have an opportunity to help her clients meet their needs and achieve their real estate dreams.
Dejan’s understanding of excellent client service comes from his colourful and decorated service background. From his experience in the Public Sector along with his experience in organizing events to Real Estate, Dejan understands the need for distinctive representation. Dejan graduated from University of Quebec in Human Resources. His European background and fluency in English, French and Serbian, along with his work experience, helps him understand various cultures and gives him ability to deal with any type of adversity.

Originally from Central Asia, Luc is a multilingual professional with years of experience in management.
Graduated in 2004 from Kyrgyz National University with a Master of Business Administration degree, Luc left Kyrgyzstan in 2014 to come to Canada. He had a successful career in management working as a shopping mall manager, and at the same time he was working on his own company Global Prosperity by managing commercial and residential properties, investment and development, industrial construction and project management. A shift to sales and marketing led him to real estate. Having lived in Montreal since 2014, he completed construction training to get his license of General Contractor (Régie du Bâtiment du Québec) and got his license to practice as a real estate broker. He's sold homes since he joined RE/MAX® in December 2017. He believes that his professional and personable approach will help to reduce stress while he works to obtain the best price and terms when selling or buying real estate for his clients. In 2018, he decided to relocate to Ottawa/Gatineau region and since then he's been working for Lion Real Estate. Real estate keeps him busy every day of the week, so there is little time for hobbies. He do, however, manage to find a few weeks for travel each year. Luc speaks Kyrgyz, Turkish, Russian, French and English.
